How to Boil an Egg

To boil an egg is not so hard task. By following the steps you can easily boil an egg –

1.      Put the egg in a pot. Fill in the pot with enough cold water from tap. Fill the pot to cover the egg completely and with about 1 Inc water level over them. If you accidently crack the egg you should mixed some salt and vinegar into water. It will help to plug the crack in the shell.

2.      You can use salt with water to make the water taste salty. This will helps you to separate the egg from shell. Be careful to use salt. Don’t add too much.

3.      Keep the pot to the boiling point. Boil it with high heat. As soon as the water boils, turn off the heat and remove it from boiling point. Keep the egg ten to fifteen minute within the boil water. It is not important to turn off the heat at the time of the water start boiling. You should keep the egg for a little while in this situation. But be careful, too much time will make the egg discolored.

4.      Stop the cooking process and put the egg into cold water for a while until the egg is completely cool.

5.      Peel the egg when it is completely cool to handle. It’s easier to peel the egg into cool running water.

6.      At last you have great task and that is eat up the egg.


Tips

1.      Don’t boil egg that has come direct from refrigerator. Very cold egg likely to crack into hot water.

2.      Don’t overcook the egg. It will hurt the protein quickly.

3.      You can boil more eggs at a time.
