Moving On After a Break Up

Break up is the most difficult and painful, but it is not the end of the life or everything. Sometime break up give you the better chance to re-evaluate your life and maybe help to find someone more suitable for you. So you should try to move on whatever it is good or bad.

Give yourself a lot of lime to heal and recuperate. A plenty of time give you heal. Put away the thinking of any moment with your ex. Also put away the gift, picture and anything that is related with your ex. Don’t try alcohol or any other bad things to forget the moment. Do positive activities; it will help you to feel good about yourself.

Break up is a lonely experience. Stay in touch with your friends and dear ones. Try to share your feelings with them and ask for advice. Their advice can be the better for you because they know you better. Their presence will also help you to erase some of the loneliness. But don’t share with everyone; only some good friend. Try to rebuild old friendship or meet new one. Keep yourself busy doing something you enjoy.

Don’t stay home all time. Go outside and have fun. Do something enjoyable, such as dancing in a party.  You can arrange a tour with your friends. Going out with friend will help you to forget the painful moment. It also keeps your mind off from your ex.

Enjoy your time alone in home with relaxing activities, such as watching movie, taking a long time bath, reading interesting book, playing video game. Do the most relaxing activities you will enjoy more. Clear your mind from all negative thought. Think about your expecting good future.

Start new relationship. Try yourself to fall in love again and enjoy the starting moment of the new relationship. It will help you to erase your past memory. But it’s important to be careful while you are choosing new one. Consider carefully if the new one is suitable for you or not.

Tips

Break up is not the solution of everything. Try to recover the problem with conversation if possible. It is the better solution.

How to Like Someone You Dislike

Some people are part of your life, whether you want the persons there or not. What you have to do if you do not like your boss or your mother-in-law or your nearest neighbor? It’s not possible to change anyone. So, what you should do?
Here have some tips that help you to cultivate more friendly feelings. It is so hard to hide feelings of dislike. But if you can change your feelings, you will be much happier. It’s hard but possible.
1.      Keep contact with the person you dislike. If you don’t like someone, probably you feel to avoid the person. But it’s not the solution. We like the people better the more we see them.
2.      Do something for the person you dislike. We like the person much more to whom we do something than the person do for us.
3.      Try to act friendly. You will fell the person you dislike if you act friendly. Probably the feelings will be good.
4.      Don’t criticize the person. When you raise your complaint, the person will more distaste to you.
5.      Remember happy shared moment with the person. It will help you to feeling good.
6.      Be grateful to the person. Feeling grateful instead of angry will change your view.
